Shipping Delays Statement

Order processing and shipping is taking longer than usual across all logistical shipping centers.  Please consider these delays when placing your online orders as it may take longer than usual to fulfill. 

Standard Shipping: U.S. (Contiguous 48 States)

We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible.  

Please note that we ship on Tuesdays & Fridays, and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days.


Each new order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 2-5 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences. We are unable to ship to P.O. and A.P.O boxes. Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or Holidays.

Products Drop Shipped from Vendors

Products shipped directly from vendors cannot be shipped via expedited methods and may carry additional shipping charges calculated at checkout.  Your item is drop-shipped from the vendor if it says "This item ships directly from the vendor" in the product description section under the "add to cart" button on the product page.

Special Order

Special orders ship from various locations, and can take 5-7 business days to process before shipping from the warehouse. Once your item leaves the warehouse, it can take up to 2-3 weeks in transit.

Special Order items are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping is available for most products, and is only available for orders within the Contiguous U.S.. Expedited Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates. We ship Monday-Friday from our local warehouse; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. 

Special order items, drop shipped items from vendors, oversized items, all lighting, and furniture pieces are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Product Availability

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact us for additional information.


We want you to be happy with the items you purchase to make your house a HOME!  Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase. We will refund your purchase price minus original shipping cost.  All items must be sent back in the original packaging.  If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. Things that cannot be returned include furniture, select oversize items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear. Please contact our Guest Service Team at or 317-751-5067.

If your item is marked FINAL SALE it is not eligible for return. 

Color note: Because every computer monitor displays color differently, please allow for slight variations from the color that appears on your screen.

Dropship Return Policy

If your item has been drop-shipped directly from the vendor, and needs to be returned.  Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase, if they have arrived damaged or you are not completely happy with your purchase.  To return a dropship item, please contact our Guest Service Team at and they will quickly resolve your issue.  You will need to provide your order number and reason for the return.  If your order arrived damaged please include pictures of the damages.  Once our Guest Service Team has these images they will quickly either replace the damaged item or refund the item.

If your item is marked FINAL SALE it is not eligible for return.  


Even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition, sometimes damages occur during the shipping process. If you receive something damaged or defective, please contact our Guest Service Team at or 317-751-5067 within 48 hours and they will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.  Of course the shipping is on us!
